professionally built steel yacht, sequentially pre owned by professional boat builders as their personal retirement yacht. The onset of old age has made each in turn pass the finishing of this yacht to another owner. The first owner built the hull and deck, the second has built the interior. 80% completed.
A lot of good work has gone into this yacht so far. Left to do inside are the headlining, locker doors and soft fittings, the fuseboard and engine controls. Included is about 4K of celery top timber to complete the fit out and trimmings. 
The second owner is professional yacht painter, the interior of the hull has been sand blasted, etched, epoxy primed, coated in closed cell foam and where exposed to use, cork lined. Deck fittings have been welded, mast deck stepped, the deck has no leaks. There is, remarkably for 20 year project, not speck of rust, each owner has done their professional best with the top meterials.
