This boat is very forgiving and easy to sail single handed and great family fun boat. it is easy to get close to shore due to the centre board  can be raised at any time.The original cost for this boat was 6k and the Paint Job was 3k the minor repair and service of the Hp $495.00 giving the value of the vessel being over the 9k.The vessel is located in Brisbane
