Complete set up. have used this as tender for my boat. It is fitted with stainless snap davits to attach to the transom. the Davits are Weaver, designed for hard shelled dinghy's, they have been modified to be made stronger by stainless steel fabrication company, am also including the hoops which attach to the transom, there are two sets of these as you can see in the pictures, the original weaver ones which are new and stronger pair which had fabricated in stainless. the boat is complete with cover, oars and padded seat. There is Minn Kota riptide 45, 12 volt outboard. This has had the shaft shortened to suit. Also included are 12 volt Lucas batteries, 2016 AGM (42 AH each), these fit under the seat, all leads are also included.
The boat itself was manufactured in 2009. have not owned it from new. believe it was demonstrator for the first years. there are few scuffs on the bottom of the hull where it has been pulled up slipway but its minimal and cosmetic.
This is very stable,  tender also lightweight, no petrol required.its perfect for fishing from, can seat up to three and unsinkable. 

The outboard believe is 2014, in super condition.
Although there are batteries, only one is needed, so for short journeys one will suffice, however for full day all can be linked up.
If this is being used on the river Thames (which did), no river license is payable as the propulsion is electric which is free.
I purchased the boat itself in 2015. all the modifications were completed in 2016.
