Sunseeker 31 Offshore with the very desirable and economical TWIN Volvo 200hp AD41 diesels and duo prop outdrives. Superb sea boat having been designed by the legendary Don Shead of hull racing boat fame. 35 plus knots with 25 plus knots cruising ability. Built 1986 but the condition is that of much newer boat having been dry stacked most of its life. Has cruised extensively channel and south and Devon coasts. Very well equipped with new radar unit costing 2.5k (removed for security reasons but is large flat screen unit that sits just above the helm). Replacement electric  anchor winch just fitted. Every other conceivable electronic aid including sat nav, chart plotter, auto pilot, vhf, power steering, power trim, power trim tabs. The main cabin area has 3berths, and is immaculate with mahogany trim and soft velour upholstery. There is hot running water, heating, sink, cooker, fridge, microwave. Hanging locker. Brass lamps, hatch, table.   To starboard is the heads with shower, basin, sea loo. Aft of the heads is the seperate double cabin with locker. All immaculate. The large cockpit has seating for with provision to make double bed or sunbathing area. Radar arch has lighting and electronic radar and sat nav  sensors mounted on top. All of the cockpit upholstery is in good condition. Lots of locker space. Full canopy makes this an additional living area. There is large swim platform with shower and drop down boarding ladder. Just had full survey carried out with no issues. There are invoices from Volvo main service dealer for 25k carried out just over year ago. This included both engines being removed, both outdrives also. Replacement turbos, replacement transom shields, and general overhaul on both engines and outdrives. ALL INVOICES AVAILABLE TOGETHER WITH CURRENT SURVEY REPORT.
