iv owned for the last year and have done few bits, have folder full of receipts, 
basics been, 
new engine, block and heads, with internals, 100ish hours on it, done before had her, there is hour meter on the engine for proof of usage, 
what iv done in the last 12 months 
new alternator, new raw water pump last week, new belts at the same time with idler pulley, new water pick up and bellows in leg, last monthengine and leg oil done end of last year, carb ultra sonic cleaned last year too. new DSC VHSNew fuse boardtwin battery set up, with new leisure battery,  
as you can see if it needs doing it gets done, wasn't planing on selling, but due to new home need to free up the funds, 
she also has the rare benefit of swim platform with ladder, costing over £2000 with delivery and fitting from the states, adds another foot on the back, ideal for skiing or chilling, very nicely made and fitted, 

bluetooth head unit, nav lightsfenders ropes,anchor, chain ropefew other bits iv forgotten about i'm sure, 

boat comes on very tidy galvanized twin axle trailer, ready to go, 
she has two covers but they have seen better days, tend to use tarp for water proofing her and cover over the top. 
serious interested buyers can view and test the boat as shes currently at her mooring, or she can be taken out and inspection on her trailer, but due to tides and timings this will need to be arranged well before visits,
