Fantastic Norman 20 motor boat, with 30 Hp Mariner Engine (2 stroke).  The hull has been pressure washed, so just requires anti fouling and is ready to go back in for another season.  She is 20ft long, and can comfortably take adults.
Selling as am going on sabbatical this year, so will be unable to use her.  will be sorry to see her go and hope the next owner has as much fun as have had over the last years.
She runs well and have gone to Noss Mayo on her and all the way up to Calstock (30 mile round trip).Twin berth inside, which is comfortable for two to sleep in.  There is sink with galley space underneath.There is an enclosed flushing toilet must for longer days out.  She will comfortably take people.She has been taken out of the water every year to be re-anti fouled and have the engine serviced.  She will always clean up nicely ready for new season, after being out over winter.
Included with the sale:1 30Hp Mariner Engine.  The pull start is currently not functioning, so it is electric start only, have never found this to be problem.  The engine tilt lock does not work, so to keep it up out of the water, tie it in the up position.1 12v battery new last year1 Depth sounder  fish finder Garmin 160 (the screen had water damage, but is still readable for depth).2 20 fuel tanks1 automatic bilge pump2 Interior green cushions

There is non-serviced trailer available as part of the sale if the new owner wants it.  It would require service before it could be used legally on the roads.  Could be used as 'trolly' around boat yard, if you could get it to the yard.  If the owner does not want it, will sell it on.There is rear cover, of unknown condition also included.  have never used it and it has been in storage for years.  New owner can take it or not.

She is available to be seen, out of the water, in Yacht Haven Quay in Plymouth, in near the dry stack. You are welcome to look round her yourself (ask in reception for the location), or contact me if you would like further information.  Post auction she can be kept there, at new owners cost, until you are ready to launch.
NOTE: get the engine serviced every year and would recommend the next owner get it serviced prior to launching.  would always recommend having second engine for safety at sea.
