Work in progress, major damage to wheelhouse from flood, all repaired. The living areas are almost completed,  am having mobility and age problems, and the doctors says it is time to retire. 
The boat is one of many have rebuilt, twin cats, 275 hp, 10 litres at 8kts.at 700rpm, max. Rpm. 1500. 
All the legalities are completed, new rego and marine insurance.
You must see it to believe how well it has been built, Jarrah underwater and stringy bark on top, inch 12 ply marine floors, with glass over. I am fitting stair chair, stand up type, my legs can't handle steps! This gets me to the lower deck, huge stateroom, and connects with the other watertight sections through access doors, yet to be fitted.Main anchor is SARKA,  with backup spare fluke unit. The winch is commercial hydraulic unit, pump runs off motor, works very well, no leaks,  has been serviced. 
Sleeps with two galleys, auto toilet and hot and cold shower, huge refurbished tanks, and an Isuzu 8kva, just fitted. 240 volt throughout, 12v pumps, 24v new Johnson, all auto.

A GOOD AMOUNT OF CAT SPARES, NEW IN BOXES, OIL, GREASE, TOOLS, ETC.
A rubber duck, Zodiac 10.7ft, no patches,  never used much, 3hp evinrude, 
king, queen, single beds with quality MATRESSES. 
It is capable of going coastal now, and has been approved by MSB, needs topside repaint, wet forget cleaner is supplied to remove mould, this includes backpavk hand pump sprayer. All items including enough paint rollers, brushes, to give it several coats.
The bottom was inspected by the surveyor, and re coated with Jotun, times by current slip manager, in July, new anodes etc. Fitted to survey requirements. Absolutely no hull leaks.
