Now the good news1 one family yacht launched in 1998!!!!!!!2 well known design with twin bildge keels 3 designed to stand on beach when tide out no need for slipway when cruising great!!!6 nice fit out in the main not new) but nice7 motor sailor style with large cabin volume8 twin steering for all weather conditions anchor winch shower enclosed toilet area10 furling head sail main mizzen like new11 main and mizzen sails are tan colour rare12 lister 54 hp shaft diesel (not running atm)13 self tailing winches and wind generator 14 model of john pugh yacht is saraband 15 large flat deck space is great design16 rigging set up as cutter ketch set up17 No Reserve!!!!! yippee !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1steel needs welding out of water (see note)recently some rust was being treated in the stern with wire wheel on drill and went through the hull quick patch was put on in the water the hole about the size of 10cent piece this will need to be fixed out of water by welding they may be others they may not though only way to known for sure is slip the yacht also some of the cross beams will need some treatment whilst out of water the problems look to have been caused by rain water in the bildge over long period of time though most of the hull looks very good the hull may be 3mm thick in construction the vessel is not leaking water through hull though repairs will be needed
please note haven't seen this yacht out of the water I am not welder shipwright boat builder though have been looking at boats since he 1970s
2 lister diesel engine not running  (see note)same story here the fresh water tide mark can been seen on this engine this engine looks seized to me looks like rebuild or replacement to me £?
I recommend your inspection with help if need by friend or expert if needed
who would this boat suite ?well if you want new boat tern key this is not for you !!!!!!!!!!!! however if you are handy and like working with steel and understand this vessel needs work now before use !!!
Value here is an opportunity to add value and buy at very low price of well known design with rare bildge keels yachts just are not every where on the market  
I have found sistership on the market in Tasmania for $74,500 yes she is better though this one will be give away rock bottom price with younger launch year of 1998!!!!
