Reluctantly selling my 1970's rear cockpit Elysian 27 "Annie". She's in really nice condition, still wearing her original gel coat on top. These are brilliant broads boats offering optimal inside space, while at an average tide she'll get under Potter Heigham Bridge, and therefore all other major broads bridges too. The interior is separated into two cabins; I'm 5'8" and can stand front to back. You can sit people in the cockpit comfortably and it’ll sleep in fixed berth at the front and with the dining table dropping to make second smaller double. I've added loads of lovely details; solid wooden worktop, butler sink and roll top tap vinyl tiles in the kitchen area. Theres double gas oven with ring hob in the galley and 12v fridge in the cockpit. There are new matching cushions curtains and carpet all making it incredibly comfortable and cosy. Theres camping toilet and shower head that extends from the sink in small separate WC. Hot water comes from running the engine or shore power and gets very hot, very quickly. have had quotes for fitting toilet, holding tank and diesel heating system as those are things that know buyers may require. I'd considered doing both but haven't found either necessary. If had completed these jobs would be asking considerably more for her.She has perkins 4108 diesel engine that has been really well maintained and has lots of history. Recently it’s had new thermostat, ignition, impeller, glow plug, filters, all batteries have been recently changed. The shore power System has been completely updated battery charger fitted and wiring/fuse box installed. Boat safety was completed October 2018 so runs until Oct 2022. It has never been hire boat, always privately owned, hence the condition. She's turn-key boat, just get out on the water and enjoy the beautiful broads. She is moored at the Pleasureboat Inn on Hickling Broad. have summer mooring at Horsey that is reserved for her but is not included in the price.Ive done so much to bring her up to date, she really is lovely boat now, but with wedding looming and moving house this year too, Annie isn't going to get the use she deserves from me. It's time she went to new home. She is priced to sell. She was bought for £10250 in July 2017 and has had lots of time, money and love invested in her since. Sensible offers considered. Any questions please ask.
