Project boat for sale 
'She is 1969 Masters Built Splined Carvel Hull.
I purchased this on eBay few months back and had it shipped to hard stand at Holroyd (Parramatta) where she sits now.  She is on cradle in the yard of shipwright Chris Gidrewicz and my plan was to have him do some work on it each week. If this arrangement is wanted by her new owner there will be no fee for the yard.
Notes from the previous owner:
It does not leak but I had diesel mechanic go over the motor and unfortunately it needs full re-build.The previous owner put Perkins 6354 diesel in her, the same as the original motor. The fuel pump had been rebuilt prior to me buying the motor and it had the head gasket replaced.  The motor has new 24volt starter motor fitted along with new 24volt Alternator. There is also 12 volt alternator for house power.There is some dry rot along the starboard side on the deck only and on the deck at the bow the  floor in the cockpit has been replaced and has had new frame work fitted. the roof of the cab needs to be resheeted also.
There is new instrument panel that comes with the boat which cost me over $1,900. All new Morse cables for the motor and gearbox.  There are deck fittings included as well Cleats and water waste and diesel.
There are two new 180 litre water tanks new water Pump, totally new fibreglass muffler system has been fitted.
The Instrument panel was made in America specifically for this boat. There are new sender units for water temp, oil pressure, and think gearbox oil pressure. The panel is not connected to the engine etc  Notes from the shipwright (Chris):Please find below schedule of repairs to you boat. All hours are approximately. 
1. Stem there is bog hole in it. part of stem and keel is missing (this is part in front of boat on the bottom)removal, preparation, wood preservation and prep, wood steam, bend and install, shape, paint,
depending on size of the damage will know after cutting it off: around 50 hrs
2. transom repairs: damaged wood replacement, removal of old parts, new timber install: 20-30hrs
3. boat hull below water line: clean up, fix warm damage (depending on size of damage will know once open it, around 30hrs), prep and anitfoul:20hrs, other repairs: probably around 15-25hrs
4. topsides (above waterline and below gunwale): old paint removal, seal, (rotten timber replacement: 30-40hrs.) seal, paint with timber preserver, epoxy putty, sanding,sanding primer x, sanding, 2pac spray paint x. (around 50hrs)
5. gunwale: buy timber, removal of old, fix old timber, installation of new gunwale, 30-40hrs
6. deck: depending on what you want to do (new teak decking is around 150 hrs, seal and paint existing around 30hrs
7. boat inside paint: 30-40 hrs
8. new deck in cockpit: 20 hrs
9. roof: old roof removal, new roof install, etc: 30hrs
Without teak decking so far around 300hrs of work, maybe 30-40 more.

Repairs to bottom part of boat will take approximately additional 80-100hrs which we didn't know on the beginning. 

Once we fix everything below waterline we can start working on topsides, gunwale, deck, roof, cockpit area, interior, engine, electrics, etc.


When she arrived wasn't happy about the hull some spots, but as far as I've seen it now, it's not that bad. She needs lots of love and work but overall condition is really good.
If you will decide to get her to pristine condition that actually might be good investment.
