Classic wooden 15ft inboard FaireyCinderella Much admired at the recent London BoatShow, this rare classic boat is now for sale.  The Fairey Cinderella was originallyconceived by Fairey Boats, now famous for the Swordsman, Spearfish and Huntsmanrange.  This inboard version was to have beenknown as the Carefree but we do not know of any others in existence. Made of hot moulded Agba mahoganyplywood, this rare seat boat with its 18 coats of varnish has been rebuilt byme over the past 3 years and has had everything that is possible replaced withnew.   This applies mainly to the engine whichis Ford 1600 GT crossflow engine that was completely professionally rebuiltwith new crank and cam shaft, new carburettor, new pistons and rings, new starter,new electronic distributor, alternator, water pump and uprated oil pump.  The Borg Warner 1:1 gearbox has been rebuiltby specialist and all its seals and components replaced.  The shaft and propeller are both new as isthe cutlass bearing and shaft log which is of the new anti-drip type.   A new 11 gallon stainless steel petroltank has been fitted under the newly upholstered seat.  The floor boards and covering have also been replaced,using Trakmark.  Beneath the floor arenew automatic bilge pumps both fore and aft.  The boat sits on very good and solidgalvanised SBS trailer which has new beam axle and suspension units,bearings, wheels and tyres.  There is also new spare wheel. All the fixings throughout the boat arestainless steel.  All navigation lights,switches and dials are new and the boat has been rewired.  All fittings, whether made of bronze or brass, have been rechromed. There are two new covers: an overallcover for towing and fitted tonneau cover. The boat comes complete with bow deck mast and an ensign andmast.   This boat needs to be seen to beappreciated and to understand just how much work has been done to create thisoutstanding example.  Contact me on 07952475527 if you have any questions or wish to view.
