This one owner boat is in excellent condition. just had serviced by marina with oil change, lower unit gear oil changed and new impeller. also had them put on fresh coat of bottom paint. The fuel injected motor starts right up and runs good. Boat is turn key ready for new owner. The upholstery is like new for boat only has 88 hrs. The rear seat on deck can fold down to make couch. There is rear aft bed and the front birth can covert into bed. There is full working galley Kitchen, Fridge, Stove, Microwave and sink. Clarion radio with cd player and satellite antenna. Hot water heater in engine compartment. Plenty of storage under the birth seats or in the aft cabin. There is no odors in boat. There is shower/ sink in bath with manual china flush head and black water holding tank all pumps work. There is fresh water holding tank in engine compartment and pump all work. There is AC and DC electric panel with 30 amp shore power. The rear swim platform has rinse off shower hose. The front spot light has auto swivel. 15 pound anchor on bow with 200 ft anchor rope and 20 ft chain. All gauges work. Trim tabs work The 2015 aluminum slide on trailer rated for 10th pounds is included in sale. The boat weight is 4700. pounds the trailer is aluminum not sure how much it ways but tow boat with 1/2 ton pickup truck. The only flaws is could use new cockpit cover for 1 foot towards back is ripped. The pinstripe decal on top is faded and one decal starboard side has 1/4 by inch scratch. Cost of this boat new was 54th not including trailer. Book value is 26th with trailer now and am selling well below book value for end of season in most states.
