Our Houseboat is 87' 16' (wide body) Jetski are located on Lake Ouachita at North Shores Marina.
Houseboat has Aluminum hull, dual inboard/outboard Volvo Penta engines, with brand new thruster hoses recently installed.  Generator is 12kw.  Very low hours on the engines and generator.  It has two 200 gallon fuel tanks and they are near FULL.   
Although the Houseboat measures 16' wide, the indoor living space is like an 18' wide because in the living room, there are indoor stairs to the top deck (electric roof access from indoor stairs). 

This Houseboat was recently remodeled by professional Designer with top of the line furnishings and décor, both downstairs and upstairs. Elegant stonework tiles in kitchen and master bath. Brand new beautiful pergo hardwood floors. Tile on bathroom floors and bedrooms are carpeted. Large designer L-shaped couch and oversized lounge chair and ottoman and electric fireplace in living room. The flat screen smart TV, above fireplace, is equipped with Bose surround sound system and Sony DVD player. His and Her closets and drawers and flat screen TV. second bedroom and bath can be closed off for privacy, as well. It also includes dresser cabinet and drawers and TV. Third bedroom is cuddy with queen size mattress, TV and storage.
All of the living room and front and rear decks have overhead lights that glow around the ceiling. Beautiful ambience in evenings. Ceiling fans on front, rear and in living room master bedroom.
Stackable washer dryer included. Tons of storage in the hull with safe included. Many added extra supplies included from the remodel will come with this boat (stonework, wallpaper, moulding, etc.).
Bottom rear deck with swim platform boat/jet ski-bumpers and slide-out swim ladder. Included is large gas burner grill deck swivel chairs table. Top deck has slide and has heavy stone dining table with chairs, bar and bar chairs with sink and small refrigerator. Also, has hammocks and lounge chairs with deck box for storage. Included is bistro table with chairs. Lots of storage.  It also comes with beautiful, heavy, stone outdoor gas fireplace four chairs.
Included with this Houseboat is 2000 Seadoo Jetski (few hours on it). This Houseboat and Seadoo have been parked under covered dock since the Houseboat was built. The Houseboat had very thorough survey completed in April 2016 and all recommendations from surveyor have been completed.
