1992 Sea Ray Sundancer for sale

We have decided to sell our beloved Sundancer 240. She has been very well maintained boat by meticulous owner for many years. Waxed and polished regularly, kept extremely clean, stored under cover and on trailer. Single inboard with Alpha one Sterndrive makes for solid drive system that is seaworthy, and very easy to maneuver around the docks. All systems work except as noted below.
Good- Engine was rebuilt 2017- New marine grade carpet - New upholstery- New Jbl speakers w/Kenwood bluetooth stereo - New galvanized trailer- Never over nighted, the cabin shows little useBad- Hot water heater not working
