POWERED BY MERCURY 200 BLACKMAX STROKE OUTBOARD we did not start the motor, but did CONNECT BATTERY TO TURN ENGINE OVER.
NEWER ENGINE WAS PROFESSIONALLY INSTALLED AND MAINTAINED.BOAT WAS LAST USED SUMMER 2014 THEN WINTERIZED PROPERLY SMALL CABIN FOR STORAGE. DIVE TANK RACKS. GUAGES ARE IN THE BOAT. WINDSHIELD IS IN GOOD CONDITION. SKI TOW POSTDRIVE WORKED NORMALLY WHILE IN SERVICE. TRAILER IS LATE 1990'S.IN ROAD WORTHY CONDITION. HAS GOOD TIRES AND BEARING SERVICEDThe hull is in good shape for the age, except for DECKS DIRTY BUT SOLID we had moisture readings taken and no abnormal readings were reportedWe inspected the transom and it looks solidThe floor is solid and free of soft spots.
