One Starboard side forward and the other aft port side. Deck had been previously paint and is starting to show some wear and peeling of paint. She does check lot of boxes A/C and heat, refrigeration, oven/stove, grill, solar, water heater, full head with shower. This Coronado 35 is cruising family's dream come true. It sleeps six in comfort and privacy. The owner's spacious cabin is aft of the midships cockpit and is entered through the main salon. It has large hanging locker to starboard and vanity with 5-drawer wardrobe to port and huge king size berth and this sailboat has the most cabin space of any 35 footer I've sailed on. Two large rectangular ports help make this one of the most charming staterooms. The big roomy head compartment, complete with marine toilet, molded-in shower base and stainless steel sink, is situated to port between the owner's cabin and the main salon and has doors to both. The main salon, one of the largest among 35-footers, features highly practical and spacious dinette area adjacent to the in-line galley. Three big windows add to the light and airy feeling of the salon. The galley boasts every imaginable culinary convenience, including gimballed two-burner range, large ice box, stainless steel sink, and ample storage space. Opposite is settee berth with pilot berth over, accommodating two adults. The forward cabin, separated from the main salon by two hanging lockers and general stowage space, sleeps two adults with room to spare. There's 6'2" headroom throughout. Bottom paint is little over one year old. From the boat records and receipts it looks She was re-powered with 30hp Volvo d130 approximately 15 years ago with very low hours since(see picture) and from visual inspection and the way she runs believe the hour meter to be accurate but not guaranteed. Boat is currently located at Alligator River Marina which is near Columbia NC just before the Outer Banks on the ICW. Boat is sold where is as is. Thank you for looking.
I am relisting my boat and will be on board February 12th and 13th that's next Wednesday and Thursday for showing. This auction also ends on Thursday so suggest serious buyers come take look and be prepared to purchase, I'm very motivated to sell. If your worried about couple soft spots in the deck, any moisture content in the hull and haul outs and surveys this is not the boat for you. If your looking for boat you can go coastal cruising on and runs like champ for not lot of money or screaming buy on floating condo for live aboard this is the boat for you.
