61 OWENS cabin cruiser was in salt water moorage for about 40 years! NO ROT anywhere....built from solid Phillipine/Honduran Mahogany and plywood which is no longer available anywhere. Someone at dock told me that the wood alone is worth 7000 dollars but don't know about that....good V8 flagship motor 100 miles on rebuilt block, nice upholstery and interior very clean right now on trailer (brakes do not function on trailer) good tires on trailer. Boat is covered with tarp right now SMELLS GOOD inside, took floorboards off right now cleaned inside of hull very good and is very nice and comfortable inside the cabin. cut out head and toilet area it is ready to go back together ...same with the sink and stove area, as it is torn out and ready to be rebuilt to new owners preference....bed on starboard side folds into nice table. NO LEAKS IN HULL NO ROT recently painted hull and topside. boughtt this for 4000 dollars in year 2000 put lots of time and money into it as you would guess.... if you buy it, you must tow it out of where it is in Redmond, Washington and tow it home to new life....could be live-a-board if you want it to be that is what bought it for but never did live on it. You need some time to get if ]t fully ship shape, and livable, would guess 40 man hours... Lots of spare parts like prop shaft and props and seats...Started to reupholster the floors did not finish...wanted to make skybridge with solar panels will never get that far with it don't think Very rare classic mahogany boat with hull in mint condition....
