Ibought this boat in 1969 and had lot of fun with it through 1971. Afriend wanted to drive it and promptly hit sand bar with thepropeller. The last two pictures displayed here, are from the lasttime it was in the water. The very last picture is of 'the friend' preppingto be pulled on skis, after which he asked to drive it, where amtold that it probably busted shear pin. am not boat person so did not verify the shear pin issue. All know is that the motorstill ran super good, but the prop would not spin. put the boat inthe back of my pole barn where it sat until last fall (2016). After45 years of storage no longer have an interest in, or good enoughhealth to restore it. From pictures have seen online, it was modified.I believe it would have originally had hood scoop, bench seats, anda different windshield, (there is pattern with the boat for newplastic windshield, but don't think it is the original design).Through the storage years it was subjected to leaky roof above it,(until the roof was replaced in 1998), and many items being placed ontop of the boat. don't see any signs of dry rot, but it will have to havesome of the veneer replaced, and repaired on it, with total refinish of all woodsurfaces, except the hull. The trailer will also need new paint. Thetires are both original from the time of my purchase, and have had tubes put inthem. They held air all winter, but there is no spare. The trailer has beenmodified to haul couple of motorbikes, (if the boat is lifted off). The tail lights work good but you will have to bring your own plug towire them to. The old plug was broken in storage, long ago. The boatnever had cover. and when you come to pick it up, you might want topick nice day. will be able to help you wire the new plug, that fits your receptacle. Many ofthe trim items go along with it but never had any of the hood scooptrim. Trim items include the original red/green light, speedometer, and other aluminum trim pieces. The hitch is 7/8 ballreceiver. Sold "as is" so you are welcome to come inspectit, just call in advance. Once again, "I am not boat person."so you may call with any questions and will do my best to answer, (989-463-3822).Please leave message if am not at home. am an old car buff, andI would consider the boat to be class or (in car rating terms),restorable but in need of lots of TLC. Serial number is TY 8561 On Apr-19-17 at 08:12:11 PDT, seller added the following information:Contacted DMV about titles. Boat is too small and trailer is to lite to require titles. located most resent registrations for boat and trailer. these documents are all that is required to sell these items.
